RAVIOLLI

RAVIOLI WITH FRESH BASIL
& TOMATO SAUCE   


Ingredients:

  • 2 lg. ripe tomatoes, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. ravioli FARGO


Preparation:

  1. Combine tomatoes with garlic, basil, oil and pepper.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
  3. Cook pasta as directed.
  4. Barely heat the sauce.
  5. Drain pasta.
  6. Pour sauce over pasta.
  7. Makes 2 servings.
  8. May be increased accordingly.
